Yard Preparation
To ensure efficient service and prevent damage, please remove all small items, including toys, hoses, pet waste, and debris, from your yard before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage caused by items left on the lawn. Additionally, we will move large items like trampolines to access areas beneath them, but we cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from their use after being moved.
Watering Guidelines
To prevent clumping and streaking, please refrain from watering your lawn on your service day.
Damage and Repairs
If you notice any property damage caused by our services, please report it to us immediately within 24 hours. We will promptly investigate and address any issues at no additional cost to you. However, we cannot honor repair requests for damage that was not reported in a timely manner.

We strive to exceed your expectations with every service. While we cannot offer refunds or credits, we are committed to rectifying any reasonable service issues without additional charges. Please contact us within 24 hours of the service to report any problems.
Quoting and Payment

We prefer electronic payments via email or SMS Secured Link. Invoices are due upon receipt and typically within 3 days. Late payments may incur fees, and persistent late payments may result in service cancellation.
